Klio Care vs. WorldView
WorldView gives home health agencies a document management and order tracking layer with a no-login email signature for physicians. It is a sensible tool for the agency that buys it — but there is no price on the website, the physician gets an email link and nothing else, and every agency that has not bought WorldView still faxes you. Klio gives the physician office its own dashboard for $100 a month and brings every agency onto it free.

What WorldView is
WorldView automates document intake, physician order tracking and OCR-driven document recognition for post-acute agencies, with direct integrations into EMRs such as Axxess and Homecare Homebase. Its e-sign platform emails the physician a link; they open it, enter a four-digit code, and sign or decline outstanding orders from any device. Unsigned orders trigger automatic reminders.
Pricing is not published anywhere public — Capterra lists a “starting price” field with no amount. It is sold to the agency as part of an implementation that connects to the agency’s EMR.
For the physician office, WorldView is a nicer fax: the order arrives by email instead of paper. There is no referral tool, no visibility into which agency has accepted a patient, and the physician-side reports cover turnaround time and outstanding orders, not G-code billing.
Where WorldView is strong
The no-portal email signature with a short code is a genuinely low-friction way to get a single order signed, and the automatic reminder cadence takes manual chasing off the agency’s intake team. OCR document recognition (MedAttach) is strong for agencies drowning in inbound paper.
If you are an agency on Axxess or HCHB and your main pain is routing inbound documents to the right chart, WorldView is a credible choice — get a written quote first.
Where Klio wins for physician offices
Published, flat pricing. Klio is $100 a month for a physician office, no contract, no setup fee. WorldView has no public pricing at all and is sold to agencies on enterprise terms.
You start the loop. Klio lets your office send complete referrals to any agency and track acceptance; WorldView only moves documents the agency already generated.
Billing, not just signing. Klio sends your billers a monthly G0180 / G0179 report with timestamped evidence. WorldView’s physician reports show how fast you sign — useful for the agency, not for your revenue.
One network instead of one vendor. Invite every agency to Klio free and they are live in minutes with AI intake and documentation. With WorldView only the agency that licensed it changes; the rest keep faxing.
Klio vs. WorldView: frequently asked questions
How much does WorldView cost?
WorldView does not publish pricing. It is sold to home health and hospice agencies as an EMR-integrated document and order management platform, and listings such as Capterra show no starting amount. Physician offices are not the customer; they receive emailed signature links.
What is the difference between Klio and WorldView?
WorldView is an agency-side document platform with an email e-signature for physicians. Klio is built for the physician office: referrals out, orders in, one-click signing, and a monthly G0180 / G0179 billing report — from $100 a month with no contract — with every agency you work with invited onto the same network for free.
Does WorldView help physicians bill G0179 and G0180?
Its physician-facing reports cover signing turnaround and outstanding orders, which help the agency manage follow-up. Klio produces a monthly billing report for the physician office listing every eligible certification and recertification with the timestamped evidence PDF attached.
Can I use Klio if my agencies are on Axxess or HCHB?
Yes. Agencies keep their EHR and simply accept your Klio invitation. Klio is the layer between your office and the agency, not a replacement for either system of record.
