WellSky Home Health (formerly Kinnser) is a major agency EHR, and agencies on it invite their referring physicians to the WellSky Physician Portal. The portal is free for physicians, requires only a browser, and lets you digitally sign all home health orders from one screen, refer patients through an online form, store home-health documentation, and auto-generate claim forms for Care Plan Oversight.
The agency pays for WellSky: 2026 buyer guides put WellSky Home Health at roughly $2,500 and up per month on one-to-three-year terms, with the portal included.
Everything in the portal applies to WellSky agencies’ patients only. Referrals go to WellSky agencies. Orders come from WellSky agencies. CPO claim forms cover WellSky patients. The rest of your home health world still runs on fax.
